Okmetic Customer Support Manager Petri Santala inducted in the SEMI-MEMS & Sensors Industry Group Hall of Fame

We are thrilled to share that our Customer Support Manager Petri Santala was inducted in the SEMI-MEMS & Sensors Industry Group Hall of Fame for having made a substantial and lasting impact on SEMI MSIG. The Hall of Fame is about thanking the leaders of this industry for inspiring all of us with that sense of mission, purpose, and dedication that drives this industry forward. 

Mr. Santala has been actively involved in SEMI MSIG’s work for years sharing his expertise in silicon-based material engineering and MEMS manufacturers’ needs. He has made a great contribution e.g. in SEMI Manufacturing Working Group’s substrate standardization work driving efficiency and cost-savings in the industry. He has contributed to three standards: MEMS Substrates, DRIE Evaluation and MEMS Manufacturing Readiness. He has also helped revise SEMI MI 41 Standard: Specification of Silicon-On-Inuslator for Power Device/ICs.
